PINKESH:

The name pinkesh derives from the colour pink which stands for self-love. The Hot pink and towhead mesh pieces used to make this two in one cornrow lace frontal wig.

PROCESS:

Raw materials include platinum blonde mesh, hot pink mesh, closure from a platinum blonde wig which has been reinvented.

Raw mesh was sewed and wefted on a manual hand sewing butterfly machine, and installed on the wig base together with the wig closure.

Lace front is achieved my hand tying little strands of hair onto the lace , to create an illusion of an actual scalp , so that when it is braided it looks real.

Cornrows where braided while still on dummy head with mesh , just like how it may be braided on a human head.

A bit of the mesh is added to braid the wig closure, this adds more body to the crown of the wig.

FINISHING:

Work is dolled up by trimming stray hairs with scissors and hot water.

Curls are achieved by moisturizing and protectingthe hair with hair wax, then using bendy rollers as a curler, dipped into boiling hot water .( done professionally).

Bendy rollers are immediately removed, then hair is left to dry for a while.

Wig is ready to be rocked.
